NEBC Employment Resource Services is community-focused and committed to bringing sustainable, life-changing resources that strengthen and elevate the quality of life for adolescents and young adults.


NEBC has provided youth programming opportunities to over 315 Chicago teens since 2015. We believe and will keep believing that the hope for Chicago lies in nurturing young minds!

What We've Achieved

  • Partnered with After School Matters to create culinary teen apprenticeship 'You Got Served'.

  • Developed the Culinary Experience Training Program, made possible through a grant from Cook County Justice Advisory Council.

  • Hosted 11th District's Chicago Police Department 1st Annual Cotillion.
